Hello and Welcome!

I’m just a 40-something software developer who recently spends an increasingly disturbing amount of his spare time learning languages.

It started the end of 2015 when I decided that I should probably get around to learning Japanese, since I’d been thinking about doing it for over a decade.

I’ve since become more and more interested in just language learning in general, and started other language projects.

Since I enjoy talking about languages, language learning and myself so much, it’s been suggested to me that I should blog about it. So that’s what I’m doing!
